In a noteworthy turn of events, La Plata County opted out of the Katz family’s land offer to relocate the La Plata County Fairgrounds to Durango Mesa Park. While plans for that space continue to evolve, our commitment to preserving the natural beauty of the park and creating a space for community gathering remains unwavering.
